Wanderlust women is not only just an experience for a weekend it’s a group of women who become close friends who help push you out of your comfort zone and allow you to find your strengths. I went on my first UK trip this summer and in just two days I felt so much lighter with all the anxieties I held and I was able to connect with myself through nature. I then went on my first solo international trip with Wanderlust women to Jamaica. It gave me the confidence to start a positive journey towards healing and self discovery. You meet women from all walks of life who help you on your journey, while making memories that’ll last forever.

One of the highlights of the year has been attending Amira's event at the Lake District. It was a weekend focused on well-being. I didn't know what to expect but I didn't expect to leave feeling a little close to my purpose. Amira has a natural flair with people, the whole weekend including the workshops was tailored to individuals.
